Physical products
We offer refunds for physical products up to 14 days after receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you will need to pay for return postage. Once received by Be Smart About Art, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Providing a refund is approved, that will be processed within 7 days of confirmation.
Digital products
Refunds are generally not applicable for digital products, as we put whatever is wrong right!
